Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and checkout is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • While enjoying your stay at this home, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest.
  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These are for member use only.
  • The owners utilize two exterior cameras to monitor the grounds when unoccupied.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed inside the home.
  • Minimum age: 25 years. Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures.
  • Pets: This home allows mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.

Occupancy and Sleeping Arrangements

  • Maximum occupancy: 10 guests.
  • Bedrooms: 3.
  • Beds: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 bunk beds (4 beds total).
  • Bathrooms: 3.1.

Fees and Payments

  • All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • Pet fee: $25.00 per pet per night plus tax (dogs only).
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Returning renters to this home can receive a 5% discount. Not to be stacked with any other offers.

Parking and Vehicle Information

  • Free parking on premises.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • High-speed internet provided. Some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • Kitchen is well stocked with cooking basics, utensils, basic dishes & silverware, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator, oven, stove, toaster, and dishwasher.
  • "Starter set" of paper products and toiletries provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • Towels and bed linens provided.
  • Clothes washing machine and dryer available.
  • Ironing board and iron available.
  • Hot tub available.
  • Balcony outdoor space available.
  • We do not provide hair dryers.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.).

    • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
    • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Frisbee Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)
    • Vineyard: Food and Wine served, Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. HOURS: Thur & Fri 4pm-10pm. Sat & Sun 1pm-7pm. All visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.

Construction Notice

  • Please note that a new home is being constructed on a nearby lot.
